He is survived by: his wife Mafalda DeVito; his children, Luigi DeVito (Marisa (Censale) DeVito), Pat DeVito (Deb (Kennedy) DeVito) and Sandra DeVito (Gil Bernardino); his grandson Anthony (Juana); and his children, Brittany, Alex, Antonio (Shubhangi), Sofia, Giuliana and Gabriella.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Memorial Funeral Home (12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church (2348 Collier Pkwy, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655).
