He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Thomas and Leonard Walters; his son Fitzroy "Dixie"; his siblings, Litha, Denny, Janet, Hugh, Dean, Austell, Carlyle "Dickie" and Gary; his nephew Dion; and his brother-in-law Everton.
He is survived by: his wife Griselda Haynes; his siblings, Verna, Ruby, Trevor (Marie), Joseph (Shelofa) and Collin; his sisters-in-law, Eula, Beulah, Glenna "Arlene", Emerald "Glynis" and Pearline; his nieces and nephews, Avester, Ayioka, Marlene (Phillip), Quincey (Alexia), Carol, Wendy (Richard), Juliette, Valarina, Debra (Anthony), Francene, Shawn, Michelle, Cheri, Janelle, Nikeshia, Prudence, Glenda, Martin, Kwesi, Gary Jr., Dexter, Alfred, Duncan "Don", Christopher, Terrell, Roy and Errol; his grandchildren, Gen, Stefan, Coleen, Damian, Janelle, Astra, Mikaleb, Remanza, Sara-Bayou, Phillip and Quinne; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Jared, Khaeli, Janae and Jemimah; his great great grandchild Kairo; and his nibling Nas.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Loyless Funeral Home (5310 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
