He is survived by: his wife Benita Rodriguez; his children, Amanda Calvillo, Carlos Rodriguez and Amy Rodriguez; and his siblings, Maria Elena Garcia, Marta Rodriguez, Maria De Rosaria Andrade, Elvira Rodriguez, Eduardo Rodriguez, Moises Rodriguez, Reynaldo Rodriguez and Ramiro Rodriguez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
