He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Vasquez and Carmen Cabrera; and his siblings, Josue Vasquez and Rosita Molina. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Vasquez; his children, Wendy Sarmento (John Sarmento), Samuel "Junior" Vasquez (Judie Vidals), Jadie Vasquez (David Santiago) and Saril Vasquez (Rokas Lukosevicius); his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan Sarmento, Abigail Vasquez and Annalise Santiago; and his siblings, Benjamin Vasquez, Percida Vasquez, Damaris Vasquez and Lydia Vasquez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
