She is survived by: her sons, Charles Welsh Jr. and Mark Welsh of Largo, FL; her sister Bertha Pauline "Polly" Stone; and her grandchildren, Ian Welsh (Jessica) of Largo, FL, Cassy Welsh and Chrissy Hess of Beaver Falls, PA. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
