He was predeceased by: his former wife Genevieve Ortega; his daughter Kathrine Medina; and his brothers, Richard and Pilar Medina. He is survived by: his daughter Later; his wife Sandra Tenorio-Medina; his daughters, Anita Gutierrez, Crystal Tenorio-Medina and Odelia Tenorio-Medina; his grandson Daniel Salinas; and his siblings, Sarah, Bill Scheffler, Beatrice Withrow, Virginia Gonzalez, Lucio Medina, Ernest Medina, Abran Medina and Arthur Medina.
