He is survived by: his wife Joanne P Legare; his sons, Jonathan Legare (Brittany) and Christian Legare of New Hampshire; his granddaughter Angelina Legare of New Hampshire; his siblings, Joanne E Legare of Naples, FL, Armandine Legare of San Francisco, CA, Marie Hanneman of Dayton, MT, Michael Legare (Jacque) of Largo, FL, James Legare (Tony) of Houston, TX, Sherry Legare of Chicago, IL and Gina Oldjiewski (Angel) of Riverview, FL; his stepdaughter Abigail Batchelder (Matthew); his stepgrandchildren, Samantha and Madison Batchelder; and his stepson Timothy Losee (Julia).
A Mass will be held on Sunday, June 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Church (120 Bellevue Ave, Haverhill, MA 01832).
