He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Pyle (Rich), Holly Graham (Steve) and Angela Berels (Vernon); his brother Gary Kubik (Cyndi); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Nicholas (Skylar), Hailee (Robbie), Joshua, Lee (Natali), Maddylyn, Easton, Autumn and Londyn. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
