She was predeceased by: her son Alan Salim. She is survived by: her husband Theodore Salim; her children, Theodore Salim and Karen Al-Shehri; and her sister Alice Elias. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
