He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Velazquez Lerdo and Carmen Marcano; his great-grandparent Jessica; and his grandfather Daniel Sohmer. He is survived by: his sister Carmina Roque; his children, Felix E. Velazquez and Jessica Sohmer; his grandchildren, Brianna Velazquez and Ryan Sohmer; and his significant other Brenda Jackson.
