He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ververis and Metaxia Ververis (Kaffaloukis); his wife Despina Ververis (Aheras); his daughter-in-law Anastasia "Stacy" Ververis (Umaris); and his siblings, Michael, George Ververis and Myrsini Foutuli.
He is survived by: his sons, Theodoros "Teddy" Ververis (Marianthi), Constantine "Gus" Ververis (Pamela Barnes), William "Bill" Ververis (Jennifer), Hartford and Harry Ververis (Maria "Tina") of Middletown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
