He is survived by: his spouse Doug; his siblings, Patrick Miles and Debra Furbush; his nieces and nephews, Michael Furbush, Aaron Miles, Ryan Miles, Matthew Rhoda, Hannah Huber and Christina Furbush; and his siblings-in-law, Shelley, Sharon and Steve.
