She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Theresa Smith (Takach). She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Smith (Carole) of Levittown, PA, Marie Donlevie (Vince) of Vero Beach, FL and Teri Macdonald (Don) of Dunedin, FL; and her friend Rich Rapino (late Nancy) of Largo, FL.. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, several grand nieces and nephews, cousins.
