He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew McHenry, Sr. and Barbara Ann McHenry. He is survived by: his son Patrick McHenry; his former wife Jenifer; and his brother Paul McHenry of Dunedin, Florida. He is also survived by cousins; and countless lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Boston Children's Hospital in Matt's memory.
