Philip leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Philip’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Philip will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Dolan and John Dolan; and his brother John. He is survived by: his brothers, Bryan (Joyce), Vincent (Lorene), Robert (Paige), Raymond (Virginia), Lawrence (Allison) and Paul (Janis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully recommends donations in Philip's honor to Empath Suncoast Hospice or The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
