He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Means and Yvonne Means; and his former wife Carol Means. He is survived by: his wife Linda Webb Means; his daughters, Melissa Robertson (Matthew) and Allison Butler (John) of Coats, NC; his stepson Chris Webb (Lynn) of Largo, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Butler, Connor Butler, Melia Webb and Makena Webb; and his sisters, Ruby Backer of Bradford, PA, Emma Schillinger of Portland, NY and Minerva Haight of Bradford, PA..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mohn Funeral Home and Cremation Services (9700 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
