He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Israel and Miriam Israel; his sister Renette Corenswet; his brother-in-law Abe Corenswet; his nephew Robert Corenswet; his brother Milton; his sister-in-law June Ullman; his nephew Norman Berman; his niece Annie Appel; and his pets, Spitzes Pat, Fluffy, Mark and Mitzi.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Ullman Israel; his daughter Sharon; and his nieces and nephews, Ellen Corenswet (John Morgan), Lucy Corenswet, Dan Appel, Pamela Laffer (Stephen), Holly Berman and Scott Ullman (Muriel). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, along with numerous cousins and friends.
