She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Lenroy, Randolph, Fredericka, Marlyn, Dennis, Paulette, Audrey, Patricia, Faithlyn, Leon and Suzette. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended families and numerous friends.
