She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Nigro and Anna Nigro (Perrozzi); her spouse Ilario Preiato; and her siblings, Dante Nigro and Margaret Centrone.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Preiato and Stella Marino; her grandchildren, Jason Marino, Nina Marino, Stephanie Waldbillig (Jeffery) and Richard Preiato (Lauren); and her daughter-in-law Anneliese. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
