He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Jr. and Philip O'Hara; his granddaughter Ayla Rose; his siblings, Terrence (Melissa), David Scott (Jennie), Thomas, Vincent and Al Morris (Stephanie); his brother-in-law Jason Bohal; and his friend Benson Schade. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
