He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Garrett and Alphis Garrett; and his brother Donnie Garrett. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Garrett, Charles Garrett, Roger Garrett and Juanita Garrett; and his friend James Woods. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brackney Funeral Service Chapel (480 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Live Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
