He is survived by: his daughters, Debra "Debi" Lynn Phelps (Harold) and Katherine "Kathy" Jozefyk; his stepdaughter Ann Grice; his grandchildren, Jennifer Dunn (Mike) of Justin, Nelson, Josh Nelson (Rhonda), Cassie Brown, Keith Lunsford, Katelyn Jozefyk, Brittney Jozefyk, Anthony Dewayne McLeod, Nicholas McLeod, Leann Price and Kimberly Grice; his great grandchildren, Lane, Hunter, Desiray, Cutter, Emily, Irn, Caden, Paige, Ashley, Olivia, Ryan, Madison, Lilah Grace, Drake, Logan, Haileigh, Lee and Shelby; and his granddaughter-in-law Tanya.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brackney Funeral Service (480 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brackney Funeral Service Chapel (480 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Live Oak Park Memorial Cemetery (112 North Ave E, Crestview, FL 32539).
