She was predeceased by : her father Clifton Prevatt. She is survived by : her mother Betty Prevatt (Olive) of Starke; her husband Larry Scott of Lawtey; her children, Derrick Scott of Texas, Larry Scott II (Laura) of Minnesota and Tori Scott of Arkansas; and her siblings, Clifton Darrell Prevatt of North Carolina, Michael Derrick Prevatt of North Carolina, Latonya Prevatt of Starke and Jennifer Tyler of Texas.

The family will have private services due the Covid-19 pandemic.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
