It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert KerleySr. of Lawtey, Florida, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecile Kerley and Elonor Kerley; and his sons, David, Thomas and Baby Kerley.
He is survived by: his sons, John Kerley (Denise) of Lawtey, FL, Robert Kerley, Jr. of Lawtey, FL and Andrew Kerley of Lawtey, FL; his grandchildren, Tricia Gillyard (Cody), Tanya Combs (Jules) and Michael Griffis; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Batten, Darrell Combs Karina Combs, Dalilah Gillyard and Zylah Gillyard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smyrna Baptist Church (643 W Pratt St, Starke, FL 32091). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at the Hope Baptist Cemetery.
