He is survived by: his sons, Richard Charles Walton, Jr. of New Market and Matthew O'Brien Walton (Becky) of Crozet, Virginia.; his pet Charlie Brown; his grandchildren, Caleb and Katherine Walton; his brother Jack Terry Walton (Betty) of Huddleston; his sibling's children, Jack Walton (Amy) of Altavista, Jeff Walton (Linda) of Lynchburg and Jenny Roark (John); and the mother of his children Judy Kelley of Rockingham, Virginia.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
