She is survived by: her siblings, Retis Flowers Jr., Jack Flowers, James Flowers, Betty Fortner, Lenora Pate and Martha Woodman; her grandchildren, Julia Slaven, Zachary Slaven, Jessica Milliron, Jodi Phillips, Jamie Phillips, Tiffany Childers, Rebecca Phillips, Jed Phillips Jr., Emmie Phillips, Georgia Phillips, Isaiah Phillips, Bryce Baldree and Kayleigh McIntosh; her great grandchildren, Bo Milliron, Hudson Milliron, Whitlee Phillips, Roman Slaven and Trey Baldree; her husband James Phillips Sr.; and her children, Joyce Aitcheson (Worrell), James Phillips Jr. (Samantha), Jason Phillips (Dawn) and Jed Phillips (Kiersten).

Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Madison Church of God (2485 Southeast Midway Church Road, Lee, FL 32059). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Corinth Cemetery.
