She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughters, Terri Shoemaker (Bobby) of Lake Panasoffkee, FL and Robin Glenn of Fruitland Park, FL; her grandsons, Kyle, Jones and Wyatt Jones (Halle); and her brother George Kalesnik.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Charlotte's name be made to "The Lane Purcell Hospice House" of Sumterville, FL.
