He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton R. Weaver (Bill) and Gladys Barnes; his former wife Ann Weaver (Sullivan); his son Christopher J. Weaver; and his siblings, Alice Faye Hooks, Carrol Pierce, Elizabeth Weaver (Libby), Kenneth Weaver, James Weaver (Richard), Linda Boyette and Brenda Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Marian DesPres; his children, Clinton M. Weaver Jr., Ellen M. Weaver (David Boivin), Joann Grugan (Paul) and William F. Weaver (Carrie); his sisters, Audrey Scott and Mary Winslow (Tim); and his sister-in-law Jean Weaver. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
