He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Wittenauer Self. He is survived by: his father Dawson Sr. Self; his wife Sheila Dodge Self; his daughter Julia M. Roberts (Robbie Roberts); and his granddaughters, Cassidy and Sarah. He is also survived by three sisters and one brother.
