He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Morales and Genoveva Gonzalez; his son David Morales; and his grandson Tyler McQueary. He is survived by: his wife Frances Morales; his children, Rebecca Moore (Michael), Frances McQueary (Brian), Daniel I. Morales (Nicole) and Liza Popour (Jason); his grandchildren, Victoria, David, Alex, Breyton, Cameron, Natalia, Makayla, Sofia, Caleb and Zoë; his siblings, Michele (Efrain), Doly Morales and Arturo Morales (Diana); his stepmother Lydia Diaz; and his nieces and nephews, Keren, Shaleen, Nicole, Krystal, Victoria, Kelvin, Ryan and Hector. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Cántaros de Bendición.
