She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Johnston and Albertina Johnston (Libby); her son Alan; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Dennis, Corey Meyer, Renee Doucot, Keith Doucot (Michael) and Paul Doucot (Israel); her great grandchild Liam Meyer; and her siblings, Sylvia Murray (Donald), Robert, Charles, Ivan, Everett, Louise and Edith.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Meyer (Dennis), Margaret Doucot (Michael) and Bruce Mac Vicar (Marlene).
