He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Michaels Belardinelli; his wife Amy (Dixon); his son Jared (Lindsey); his sisters, Martina Thomas (Kevin), Nicole Amos and Melissa Molnar (Ron); his grandsons, Cole and Luke; his nieces, Lacey and Leah; his parents-in-law, Anette and Edward Dixon; his stepdaughter Amanda; and his brother-in-law Edward. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
