She is survived by: her children, Debra Simmons (Danny) of Leesburg and Chuck Shoop of Leesburg; her daughter-in-law Lila Shoop of St. Augustine; her daughter Natalie Hicks (Jerry) of Fruitland Park; her grandchildren, Lee Simmons (Brandi) of Leesburg, Gerri Lynn Busold (Erick) of Delray Beach, Mary Jo Sterne (Ian) of Falls Church, Virginia, Ali Brunink (Tyler) of Keystone Heights and Philadelphia Zimmermann (Dean) of St. Augustine; her great grandchildren, Chase, Abbie Grace, Nate, Emma Kate, Riley, Emersyn, Hudson, Owen and Nora; her friend Lynn Sennett; and her cherished Beatrix Potter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beyers Funeral Home Chapel (1123 W Main St, Leesburg, FL 34748). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
