She is survived by: her husband Jerry "Toots" Kowalski; her daughter Cigi; her son-in-law Darryl McLendon; her grandchildren, Aydn, Joelynn and Bently; her sister Anne; and her sister-in-law Chris. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
