He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Leinbach and Annabelle Rich Leinbach; his siblings, Harriet L. Bormann, Robert R. Leinbach and Frederick B. Leinbach; his granddaughter Virginia McDougal (Ginny); and his close friend Aida Ayala.
He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Summers (Gary) of Leesburg, Kurt Leinbach (Leslie) of Poway, California, Caryn McDougal (late Robert) of Coral Gables, Florida and Alison Giese (George) of Cardiff; the mother of his children Jeannette Leinbach; and his grandchildren, Katie Jackson, Laura Klimas, Kelly Mastro, Lisa Summers, Kyle Leinbach and Kristin Graham. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
