He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Eberhart and Ruth Eberhart. He is survived by: his wife Rose Eberhart; his children, Cathy Barber (Ben) of Utah, Shelly Lewis (Lance) of Tennessee and Jim Eberhart (Michele) of Ohio; and his grandsons, Chad, Logan, Colin, Griffin and Derek. He is also survived by three great grandsons.
