Rayburn Rowe Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 13, 2026, at the age of 70, Rayburn Rowe of Leesburg, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rayburn leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Mae Cottongim and Raymond Sanford Rowe Sr.; and his brothers, Raymond S. Rowe Jr. and Robert A. Rowe (Judy Rowe). He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Reid, Louise Durrance and Evelyn Dean (Jim Dean); his friend Albert Garcia; his godson Captain Calvin Garcia; and his great-godson Frederick Garcia. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
