He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Hambro Foshay; his parents, Purdy Foshay and Margaret "Peg" Pizzano Foshay; and his sister Marguerite Myrtle Foshay Rafuse. He is survived by: his daughter Ellen Foshay Fleming; his son-in-law Russell Fleming (Georgia) of Rome; and his sister Dorothy Foshay Olson of Marshfield, MA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
