Chapple (Bernard) of Fleming Island, Florida, Stanley Nelams, Tyrone Nelams of Leesburg, Florida and Sonja Gail Parham of Ocala, Florida.; and his siblings, Willie Hooks of Wildwood, Ivory Hooks of Leesburg, Florida, Savannah of Orlando and Vern of Miami, Florida. He is also survived by Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
