He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Caroline. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Tate; and his siblings, Kathy, Chuck (Edie), Jerry (Lori), Mary Lou, Patty, Danny, Rick and Steve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
