He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Bailey and Adelia Bailey. He is survived by : his brothers, Robert Bailey of Fruitland Park, FL and William Bailey of Otsego, MI; and his children, Thomas (Cindy Bailey) of Fruitland Park, FL, Mindy (Bill Mathias) of Okahumpka, FL and Sara Berry of Lady Lake, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Beyers Funeral Home & Crematory - Lady Lake (134 US-441, Lady Lake, FL 32159).
