With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan Evans of Lehigh Acres, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joan left this world on September 27, 2025 at the age of 104, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Moyer and Bruce Moyer; her sisters, Melvina and Rosetta; her husband Watson Evans; her daughter Barbara Ann Corcelius; her granddaughter Michelle Corcelius; Paul.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Renee Shipton (Brian) of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Brittani, Shaylin and Makaylin Sluzalis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (47 Rest Haven Dr, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
Per Joan wishes, contributions may be made to either North Central Sight Services or Roads to Freedom Center for Independent Living through the funeral home.
