He is survived by: his mother Leticia Ramirez; his stepfather Abraham Padilla; his father Joaquin Guzman,; his stepmother Jackie Guzman, Sr.; his siblings, Giselle Hernandez, JJ Hernandez, Natalia Guzman and Nallely Padilla; his grandmothers, Enedina Nieto and Feliciana Santana; and his godparents, Rutilio Garcia and Juana Cruz. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
