He was predeceased by: his wife Alice "Jeri" Roth; his children, Cynthia Caruso and Andrew Roth; and his grandson Richard Ward. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Minshall and Robert Roth (Cheryl); and his siblings, Nora Peek (Tom), Sadie Bender (Bob) and William Roth (Adrienne). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and one great grandchild.
