He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Boyd and Cora Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Lela; his children, Charlotte (Anthony), Beverly (Jamie) and Nathan (Pam); and his siblings, Bonnie Swinford, Elizabeth Barfuss and Shelton Boyd. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
