He was predeceased by: his wife Martha. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Blevins (Lori Eadie), David Hollon (Heather) and Terry Blevins (Alice Lau); and his grandchildren, Katlyn, Blake, Shyla, Tieraney, Steven, Mason and Zoey. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
