He is survived by : his wife Judith Allen; his daughters, Carol Davis, Debbie Bayer and Renee; his stepchildren, Lynn Funk, Pamela Hartman and John Hill; and his brother Mike Allen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
