She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Terri" Ursomarso (Ernie) of Lake City, Michael Hennessy of New Jersey and John Hennessy of Largo; her brother Barry Davies of New Jersey; her grandchildren, Stephanie Eastwick (Adrian), Nicholas Ursomarso (Ashley) of New Jersey, Shannon Coleman (Owen) of Pennsylvania and Sean Hennessy of New Jersey; and her great grandchild Marilyn Eastwick.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center, Lake City, FL.
