It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ida Lavada Davis of Live Oak, Florida, born in Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her child Abaharan Parnell; her husband William Davis; and her son Johnny Parnell. She is survived by : her children, Cliff Parnell (Josie), Nelson Parnell, Larry Parnell, Charlie Parnell (Trisha), Zonia Starling (Billy) and Denise Knight (Ron); and her brother Norman Guy Horton, Jr.. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and twenty plus great-great grandchildren.
