He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Wooley and Leona Wooley; and his sister Patricia Wooley Hutchings. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Wooley of Live Oak, FL; and his children, John Gary "Jay" Wooley, II (Ann) of Hazelhurst, GA, Damon Lee (Ashlee) of Live Oak, FL and Jennifer Lyn Wooley of Live Oak, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
